I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar. Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg. The room was not cleaned every day basis through our my week long stay. I even ran out toilet tissue but they forgot to refill. Only part that I liked was the breakfast. "Everything was great, staff and the site is splendid.
The only comment would be to make sure that the amenities are all functioning for a 4 star hotel.( sauna and a shower out of order).
The hammam and the swimming pool were delightful."

"This lovely newish Hotel has a few issues!
The wash basin didn’t drain & had mould in the corners where filled with silicone and the dock lock didn’t work properly. However the staff were amazing! Please sort these small build issues and it will be a really good stopover!! "
